Andhra University invites application for Ed.CET 2012 for academic year 2012 for admission into B.Ed regular course in College of Education in Andhra Pradesh.
Ed.CET 2012 is Education Common Entrance Test for admission into B.Ed course in all Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh. This test is being conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education, Hyderabad.
Eligibility:
The candidates should have passed BA / B.Sc / B.Com/ B.Sc (Home Science) / BCA / BBM Examination from any University in Andhra Pradesh or a recognized University out side Andhra Pradesh
Candidates with at least 50% Marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree or in the Master’s Degree in the relevant subject or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission into B.Ed course. However the candidates belonging to all reserved categories should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination
The candidates who are appearing for final year degree examinations in 2012 are also eligible to appear for entrance examination.
How To Apply:
Candidate may obtain prescribed Application Form with instructions booklet in person on payment of Rs. 150/- in cash from the designated (i) Head Post Offices (ii) Designated Axis Bank Branches in A.P.
Filled in application forms should be submitted along with relevant documents to The Convener, Ed.CET-2012 Examination Block (Ground Floor), A.U. College of Engineering (A), Andhra University, Visakhapatnam-530003, Andhra Pradesh, either in person or by speed / Registered Post Only on or before 05:00 PM 23-Apr-2012.
