Sri Ramachandra University (SRU), Chennai invites application for admission to Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programs commencing session 2012.

How to Apply for SRU Chennai:

• Candidates can obtain the application form in person by paying Rs 500 at the university office, from April 4, 2012 onwards.
• One can also get the same through post by sending requisition along with a DD for Rs 600 (drawn in favor of Sri Ramachandra University, payable at Chennai) to the Registrar.
• In addition, candidates can also download the application form from the university's official website: http://www.sriramachandra.edu.in/, however, in this case, the application form should be sent along with a DD of Rs 500 in the above mentioned format.
• The duly filled in and completed application form, along with requisite documents (whichever applicable), should be submitted latest by May 15, 2012.

Selection Procedure for SRU Chennai:

• Selection will be made on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam conducted by the university on All-India basis.

SRU Important Dates:

• Last date of issue of application forms: Thursday, May 10, 2012.
• Last date of receipt of filled in application form: Tuesday, May 15, 2012.
• Entrance exam schedule is as follows:
• For MBBS- Sunday, May 27, 2012 (10.00 am to 1.00 pm)
• For BDS- Sunday, May 27, 2012 (2.30 pm to 5.30 pm)
