A demand draft for Rs. 1000/- towards Registration Fee drawn in favour of SCMS-COCHIN payable at any bank in Ernakulam. Those who have downloaded application from the website need to send Rs. 950/- towards Prospectus and Application Form as well
Two copies of recent stamp size photographs
A photocopy of the filled in OMR Form of the Management Admission Test
