ADMISSIONS TO FIRST YEAR FULL TIME POST SSC AND POST HSC DIPLOMA COURSES IN ENGINEERING/TECHNOLOGY, PHARMACY AND HMCT FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2011-12
Admission Notification for filling Online Option form, Confirmation for Admission to First Year of Post HSC Diploma Courses in Surface Coating, HMCT, Rubber Technology and Pharmacy for Year 2011-12.The candidates whose names have appeared in the respective final merit lists for admission to First Year of Post HSC Diploma courses in Surface Coating Technology, HMCT, Rubber Technology and Pharmacy through CAP are informed that they shall follow the following instructions & schedule given below for filling/confirmation of online option form & further activities.
·Institute Information brochure in the form of supplement will be provided to the candidate free of cost by showing Receipt cum acknowledgement of application, therefore candidates are advised to report to the same ARC from where application form is confirmed.
·Candidates aspiring for Pharmacy/HMCT admissions are required to fill web based online option form on http://www.dte.org.in/poly2011 at ARC/ Cyber Cafe or any computer connected to internet and take printout of the “Online filled Option Form” for the respective rounds I/II of Pharmacy and HMCT.
·The candidate should sign on the printout of online filled Option form before submission at ARC.
·All Maharashtra State candidates should report in person to the ARC for confirmation and collect Receipt cum acknowledgement of Option form from ARC, such candidates are required to pay Rs.100/- in cash as a processing fee for each round.
·Only those options forms which are confirmed at ARC will be processed further. Unconfirmed Option forms will be summarily rejected without any communication to the candidate.
·Admissions of Surface Coating Technology and Rubber Technology will be done by counseling at the respective institutes. Schedule for counseling is given below.
·5 seats are available over and above the sanctioned intake in Maharashtra State Institute of
Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pune under centrally sponsored scheme of Ministry of Human Resource Development of GoI for persons with disabilities. Candidate seeking admission against this seat shall apply directly to the Principal of the Institute.
·Other than Maharashtra candidates (OMS) are not eligible for admission through CAP, such candidates shall contact to unaided institutes for admission in institute level seats.
·ARCs shall also provide support to candidate for browsing of information such as Merit No., Allotment Status, etc.
·Diploma Institutes who have given consent to participate in CAP and updated list of such institutes will be displayed only on http://www.dte.org.in/poly2011.
