How to Apply for OUAT 2012?
Offline Mode:

• The Orissa University UG Entrance Test application form along with the prospectus can be obtained.
• By hand from sale Centres on payment of Rs. 500/- (excluding bank commission) through Demand Draft/Cheque
• By post on payment of Rs. 550/- (Rupees five hundred fifty) only through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Comptroller, Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar - 751003" payable at any Nationalized Bank located at Bhubaneswar.
• And also from the from the sale counter of State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar.

Online Mode:

• Candidates may access OUAT website ouat.ac.in to download the prospectus and/ or application forms. And submit to the Assistant Registrar (Acd), OUAT, Bhubaneswar - 751003 through Registered Post/ Speed Post/ Courier service in due date and time, with the Application fee of Rs. 500/- in form of Bank Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of the "Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar" Payable at any Nationalized Bank located at Bhubaneswar.

Submission of forms:
The OUAT 2012 UG Entrance Exam forms obtained Offline should also be submitted to the Assistant Registrar (Acd), OUAT, Bhubaneswar - 751003 through Registered Post/ Speed Post/ Courier service in due date and time.

OUAT 2012 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should be 10+2 Science/ equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. (Minimum requirement of 40% marks is applicable to SC/ST candidates).

OUAT 2012 Important Dates
Sale of Application Forms: First Week of April to Mid of May 2012
Last date for receipt of application form 'A'.: Second Week of May 2012
Date and Time of Entrance Examination: First Week of June 2012
Last date for receipt of application form 'B': Third week of June 2012 or within 15 days from the date of publication of the results of Annual +2 Science Examination, 2012 of C.H.S.E, Orissa which ever is later Up to 5.00 p.m
Counseling and admission: First week Second week of August
Commencement of class: Third Week of August 2012
